"Schools on the Move Challenge" is an annual program sponsored by Healthy Kids Club, UCHealth. The program encourages kids and families to actively engage in 5210 health habits daily. The goal is to get 5 fruits and vegetables, 2 hours or less of recreational screen time, 1 hour or more of physical activity, and drink 0 sugary drinks everyday.
